About Summer Leadership Academy

These are the goals for all academies:

• Sisters will focus on ZTA volunteers to better support collegiate and alumnae chapters.
• Sisters will understand their role in collaboration and connections among ZTA entities, National Officer roles and/or advisor roles.
• Sisters will have more affinity for ZTA.
• Leadership
• Sisters will develop leadership and personal development skills.
• Sisters will feel more confident within their role.
• Sisters will be empowered to take learning back to their chapters, roles in ZTA and/or beyond.
• Sisterhood:
• Sisters will have fun.
• Sisters will create new friendships and intensify existing friendships and belonging.
• Re-commitment to ZTA:
• Sisters will connect to ZTA leadership.
• Sisters will renew their pride in Zeta Tau Alpha.
