ZTA Collegiate Officer Training 2023-2024
Congratulations on becoming a collegiate officer for the coming year. This year, you, along with other officers from across the country, will carry the torch of leadership for your chapter. Together you will learn, connect and grow, not only as officers but as Zeta sisters. Get excited!
Zeta Tau Alpha believes in lifelong learning and leadership development. That is why we provide officer training for all ZTA collegiate chapters. During training, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of your duties and responsibilities and learn what it takes to be a successful leader within your role.
Each chapter is assigned one of the three experiences or assigned a virtual make-up date if Primary Recruitment falls on your OLA—OLA Turquoise, OLA Gray or OLA Mighty Mighty.
This website will guide you through everything from your pre-learning assignments to registration and, last but not least, what to wear.
