Zeta Tau Alpha believes in lifelong learning and leadership development. That is why we provide officer training for all ZTA collegiate chapters. During training, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of your duties and responsibilities and learn what it takes to be a successful leader in your role.
Each chapter is assigned training based on chapter size and when your recruitment falls.
